There are some things that just make a school event feel more organised.
A proper tablecloth. A couple of big flags. A teardrop flag at the entrance. A lectern banner that makes an assembly or presentation night look a bit more polished.
All these things help people know where to go, makes stalls easier to spot, makes photos look better and gives the whole thing a stronger sense of school identity and school pride.
The best part is that these are the kinds of things you can use over and over again. A branded tablecloth can come out for open days, fundraisers, enrolment mornings, raffles and merch sales. Flags can move from the school gate to the oval to a community event. A lectern banner can be used for assemblies, awards and special occasions.
For volunteer groups, that matters. Anything that can be set up quickly, reused across different events and make things look more pulled together without creating more work is a win.
If you are replacing old signage or building up a small event kit, keep it simple and choose pieces that will work across lots of different occasions.
They’ve also put together a special offer for Less Grind, More Good subscribers: buy one, get one free on school banners, flags, tablecloths and lectern banners for orders placed before 30 November 2026. Use code SNAGSPECIAL at checkout.
